I am trying out your program with Winamp 5.552. I am able to see the Chords! window, and a song is listed(from playlist editor), but when I click the wavey arrow icon(get chords) to start processing, nothing happens(won't process). I am using the modern skin.

Any ideas what's wrong? - is there a tutorial anywhere.

Thanks,
Michael,

Chords extraction could take a while - several minutes. how long have you waited after pressing wavey arrow?

Could you please try again and wait for one minute. Please let me know if red progress bar is moving or not.

We plan to add video tutorial.

You could use my e-mail kos@cbmsnetworks.com
I tried again but the progress bar doesn't move at all. I also tried reinstalling Chords!, but nothing changed. It shows the song name, and it is highlighted in the playlist editor but its not processing. Not sure what it could be.

Michael,

Could you please try it on a different song? Our development team will look into the issue.

Could you please send me an email, so we could contact you directly? My email is kos@cbmsnetworks.com

Michael

We were not able to reproduce the issue. Could you please contact me, we need additional details on the issue you have.

It may be worth noting somewhere (if this isn't already the case) the list of supported audio file types.

I was getting exactly the same behavior as the original posted stated (no progress bar movement at all). I have all my audio encoded as FLAC files (lossless)

As soon as I selected an mp3 it worked as advertised. Is there no way to get the stream from Winamp after it decodes it from whatever specific format it is in?
Travis,

Yes, right now we are not supporting the FLAC. Right now there is no short term plan to add such functionality in Winamp. Right now we are working on new product, which should be in beta soon. If you are interested in participating e-mail us at cs@chords.fm
esiste una new relase di Chords!
thanks
