Hi,

I installed what could be for me the perfect plug-in for my guitar session.

Unfortunately I don't see any chords.\302\240 ???

The small window is correctly open with the name of the selected song at the top and the statement "Select a song in the playlist editor" in the center\302\240\302\240 :-[

Nothing else.

I'm running Windows XP Pro and WinAmp 5.541

Could you please try to help me?

Thanks ,
Claudio
Claudio,

Did you process the song (by pressing the icon that looks like a wave with an arrow at the end)?
Hi CMBS,

thanks for your prompt reply.

Where is it? I have in the small window just three icon: on the top left corner (it looks like a white wave on a orange background and clicking on it just open the WinAmp menu) the second  and third icons are respectively the Chord volume and the Change instruments !

I'll wait for more hints.

Thanks,
Clauido
Claudio,

Take a look at this page: http:\/\/cbmsnetworks.com\/downloads\/ec.html

Do you see the icon with the x on it to the right of the red progress bar?

To process a song, highlight it in your Winamp's playlist editor, then click on the Easy Chords icon that's in this position (where you can see the (x) icon on the screenshot). The song will start processing and the icon will turn into the (x) icon.
Hi,

and thanks again for the support.

Unfortunately I don't see any of the icons indicated.

Here's how the window appear: http:\/\/img365.imageshack.us\/my.php?image=easychordwindowew5.jpg

Claudio
This is because you haven't selected any songs in the playlist editor to process.

Here's what to do: http:\/\/img144.imageshack.us\/img144\/3433\/howtoxj3.png
OK...
I now I'm probably looking stupid, but witching to another winamp skin.... I was able to see the PlayList Editor and it started:

Then I clicked on the "X

An nothing happened:

What am I doing wrong this time?? ..and up to yesterday I considered me a PC geek ?!!?!

Thanks,
Claudio
So why did you click (x)? Of course it canceled the processing.

Do it again and wait for the progress bar to finish!

After a song had been processed, it will show the chords and mix them in.
Hi,

I clicked "X" when the song finished. I thought that was the way to stop the proces.
Thanks for the hints (agin) I'll wait for the progress bar to finish his job.

Claudio
No worries. Let me know how it goes.

To see and hear the chords, just play the song again.

The processing of the song is independent of playing of that song. You can be processing one song and playing another one at the same time.
It perfectly works!!

A big THANK YOU for the support,

Claudio
Claudio -- any time, glad it works, sorry for the not-quite-intuitive-enough UI, we'll make it better in the next release.
