Hi, this is a really wonderful plugin, I really love it and it's really helpful but...
when I close winamp after processing a lot of mp3, and then I try to restart winamp ( ver. 5.541), easy chords doesn't recognize songs anymore and I have to process them one more time and so on...
How can I solve the problem?  ???
Thanks!
Hmm, this is not good. I'll try to replicate the problem with 5.541. In the meantime can you please look for the file

CBMSchpr_<some random characters>.dat

in

\\\\Documents and Settings\\\\<your username>\\\\Local Settings\\\\Temp

and tell me what's inside (open it with Notepad)
I think I'v got it.
It seems like sometimes (not always), somehow, easy chords forgets (=delete the position of) file processed but stored in usb hard drives, when I disconnect them. Is it true? In this case, can I manually solve this problem rewriting the position of mp3 in this file .dat? And how?
The .txt files processed are still in this temp directory... ::)
Thanks... :D

Would you mind posting the contents of both the catalog file (CBMSchpr_*.dat) and the .txt files here? I still don't understand what's going on, frankly.
today I used the function rem\/rem misc\/remove missing files from playlist. then I processed a file. In the temp directory all the old txt files of mp3 processed were deleted. So, that's the problem, maybe: when you remove files from playlist, the archive will be erased too?

here is what i've found:

Anyway, Thanks a lot for your patience. I won't distub you anymore, I promise... :D
Looks like your PC is set up to periodically erase temp files. In the future versions, we'll use some other location for our files. In the meantime, you'll have to make the changes to the system to preserve our files.
I've created a daily backup routine of the temp directory, under the assumption that when my system cleans out temp files and chords come up missing as a result, I'll be able to restore the .dat and .tmp files to the temp files directory from my daily backup.  Any reason as to why this wouldn't work?
Should work.
I had that happen to me after about processing about 450 songs and then they chords disappeared, I tried coping the
the files to clip board then put them back in temp file 'but it didn't work
We've fixed this in the new release coming out soon. Sorry about the lost chords.
After getting the newest\/paid version, it appears that it's no longer necessary for me to back up my Temp folder to retain the .txt files. Where is the CBM and relating .txt files now stored? (I'm changing computers and don't want to lose these.)
Thanks!
What a great program! I'm using the trial version.
Does the full version add any functionality?
I 'd like to add lyrics and beats to a printable file.

Thanks
